Shane began his real estate journey long before earning his license, completing his first deal in 1995—a "flip" property that sparked his passion for the industry. He formalized his expertise by pursuing real estate studies in 2000 and becoming a licensed Realtor and Broker in 2002. Since then, he has built a career defined by depth and versatility, earning eight professional designations to enhance his ability to serve clients.
